Registration Agreement

Dear user, welcome to register as an Acloud or Acloud APP user. Before registration, please carefully read this registration agreement. Regardless of whether you have actually read this agreement carefully before registration, as long as you check “Agree to the above agreement and register” and click the “Agree” button, it means that you agree and sign this service agreement.

1. General Provisions

1.1 Acloud or Acloud APP is a remote monitoring system for photovoltaic power plants provided by Aichanghuizhi (Suzhou) New Energy High-tech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Acloud APP).

1.2 The ownership, interpretation, and operation rights of all services provided by Acloud APP belong to Acloud APP.

1.3 This agreement may be updated by Acloud APP at any time, and users should pay attention to and agree in a timely manner. Acloud APP does not assume any notification obligation. Notices, announcements, statements or other similar content on the Acloud APP company website are part of this agreement. If the user disagrees with the modifications made by Acloud APP to the relevant terms of this agreement, the user has the right to stop using Acloud or Acloud APP. If the user continues to use Acloud or Acloud APP, it shall be deemed that the user accepts the modifications made by Acloud APP to the relevant terms of this agreement.

2. Precautions for Use

2.1 After registration, please keep all accounts and passwords confidential and avoid disclosing them to unauthorized third parties. Acloud APP will not be held responsible for any losses or damages caused by the user's failure to properly handle account and password information.

2.2 When necessary, Acloud APP has the right to view user and user power station related information, and can modify and adjust power station related configurations or information with the customer's consent.

3. Usage Rules

3.1 Users must strictly comply with the management and usage rules of Acloud or Acloud APP.

3.2 Users shall comply with relevant laws and regulations. No form of illegal information or materials shall be uploaded, and no infringement of the patent rights, copyrights, trademark rights, reputation rights, or any other legitimate rights and interests of any third party shall be allowed. If there is any violation, the user shall bear full responsibility independently.

3.3 Users shall properly keep their Acloud or Acloud APP accounts and passwords, and shall be solely responsible for all losses caused by improper storage and use of their accounts and passwords, including all losses caused by improper use by users, authorized third parties, or unauthorized third parties. If users discover unauthorized third-party use of your account or leakage of your account information, please immediately change your password and notify us.

3.4 Users should truthfully provide relevant information to Acloud or Acloud APP, including email addresses, product serial numbers, etc. The user shall independently bear all responsibilities arising from inaccurate or untrue information.

4. Privacy Protection

4.1 Acloud APP shall not publicly disclose or provide individual user registration information and non-public content stored on Acloud or Acloud APP by users when using Acloud or Acloud APP to third parties, except for the following situations:

• (1) Obtain explicit authorization from the user in advance;
• (2) According to relevant laws and regulations;
• (3) According to the requirements of relevant government regulatory departments;
• (4) To safeguard the interests of the general public;
• (5) To improve the service quality of Acloud or Acloud APP.

4.2 Acloud APP may cooperate with third parties to provide users with relevant network services. In this case, if the third party agrees to assume the same responsibility as Acloud APP to protect user privacy, Acloud APP has the right to provide the user's registration information and other information to the third party.

4.3 Without disclosing individual user privacy information, Acloud APP has the right to analyze the entire user database and commercially utilize the user database.

5. Disclaimer

5.1 Acloud APP strives to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information and data provided by Acloud or Acloud APP. Acloud APP shall not be held responsible for any errors in information and data caused by users violating the usage rules.

5.2 For network service interruptions or other defects caused by force majeure or reasons beyond Acloud APP's control, Acloud APP shall not be held responsible, but shall make every effort to minimize the losses and impacts caused to users as a result.

5.3 When necessary, Acloud APP can view customer power station related information and modify and adjust customer power station related configurations with the customer's consent.

5.4 Acloud APP shall not be liable for any quality defects or losses caused by the following products or services provided to users:

• (1) Any product or service gifted to users by Acloud APP.
• (2) Acloud APP provides users with various products or services for free.

5.5 If the user violates the rules of use or relevant laws and regulations, Acloud APP has the right to terminate its services, and whether notified or not, Acloud APP shall not be liable to the user or any third party.

5.6 For users who maliciously damage the Acloud or Acloud APP system and cause losses to third parties by using the system, Acloud APP reserves the right to pursue legal action. Any resulting costs, including but not limited to litigation fees, lawyer fees, investigation fees, and travel expenses, shall be borne by the user.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

What personal information do we collect

1. When you purchase products, download software updates, contact us, or participate in online surveys, we may collect various information, including your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, contact information, and preferences.
2. During your use of the Acloud APP product, we may collect information about you, such as name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. Acloud APP will use this type of information to meet your requirements, provide relevant products or services, or achieve anti-fraud purposes.
3. Camera/Camcorder permission: You can use this feature to scan QR codes for recognition after enabling camera/camcorder permissions.
4. Storage/Album permission: You can use this feature to upload your photos/images to modify your avatar after enabling album access. If you refuse this permission, we will not be able to provide you with the service.
5. Location permission: You can enable location permission (including GPS, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth range) so we can search nearby places based on text you enter. Before using location permission for the first time, we will clearly inform you of the purpose, method, and scope of collecting location information, and obtain your explicit consent. You have the right to turn off or adjust the location permission settings at any time.

How we use your personal information

• We may use collected personal information to notify you of the latest product releases, software updates, and event previews. You may opt out at any time.
• We also use personal information to help create, develop, operate, provide and improve products/services/content/advertising, and for anti-loss and anti-fraud purposes.
• We may use personal information (e.g., date of birth) to identify you and determine appropriate services (e.g., age).
• We may send important notices such as purchase-related information and changes to terms/conditions/policies. You cannot refuse to receive such information.
• We may use personal information for internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis and research.
